POSTAGE, HANDLING & INSURANCE POLICY

Postage/shipping within Australia includes appropriate insurance, and where necessary, registered mail including confirmation of receipt. For any inquiries from overseas/outside Australia, please email and ask us about shipping, registration and insurance. These will have to be charged at Australia Post rates and billed separately prior to despatch of jewellery. Items will be sent by Australia Post, or where appropriate, by their affiliates.

RETURN POLICY

All items are hand fabricated and, as such, may have minor imperfections inherent in the gemstones or variations in color, although we do select for perfect stones. Some gemstones may be commercially-sourced; but most have been cut and polished by the artist. Remember most items are hand-fabricated, so there may be variations. Email Silver Woman to ask questions first and we will be happy to supply more photos.

All pieces of jewellery are critically appraised prior to postage to ensure they are mechanically sound (not faulty). Returns will only be accepted for major failures of fittings or assembly, after assessment by the artist. We will meet our obligation under the relevant State Legislation (New South Wales, Australia) to provide remedy if the merchandise is faulty, or not as described.

Silver Woman is not obliged to provide a refund, credit or exchange if you, the consumer:

 changed your mind; or decided you no longer want the merchandise for whatever reason,

 just don’t like the item/s or found that the merchandise is the wrong size or colour for you,

 found you can buy the same or similar merchandise elsewhere for a cheaper price, or

 altered and/or tampered with the merchandise in any way.

Please note: Due to health regulations, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned, so please make your selection carefully.

 All returns must be made within 7 days of item’s receipt by you.

 We require you to email/contact us if you wish to return the goods, so that we can discuss the reason for it.

 Any Australian and International shipping costs, which may have been factored in to the pricing, are non-refundable.

AND

The purchaser is responsible for all postage, handling and insurance associated with any returns. Return postage must be registered and insured - just as it was when posted to you.

Silver Woman will not knowlingly pass on your contact details to third parties. We may contact you in relation to product. You can unsubscribe automatically if you do not wish to receive further communications.

TERMS OF USE OF THIS WEBSITE

By using this website you agree to fully indemnify Silver Woman, its artists, contributors, technicians, lapidaries, webmaster and staff, and any officers of the organisation against any claims, actions, suits, damages, costs or expenses that the user suffers in tort, contract or negligence, as a result of using or interacting with the website www.silverwoman.com.au
